Creating wireframes and userflows for the KBC banking app
For about a year I worked as a contractor in the impressive KBC building in Leuven. My main job as a UX designer was creating wireframes and userflows for the KBC banking app.
My projects mainly concerned b2b users
With the UX team I was assigned multiple projects with the mobile and desktop app. My projects mainly concerned the business users, such as companies and independent workers. Every project started with a workshop/ design sprint that lasted a couple of days. This was the starting point for me to help navigate, learn and define the problem we are trying to solve.
High-level wirerames were created in Axure RP
Once the workshop had ended, I'd have enough information to start creating a flow in high level wireframes. For this we used Axure RP as prototype tool. If necessary and the project is able to, I request usertesting. I love this part! No feedback is more valuable than that from the user itself.
The wireframes were translated to fully designed flows
Once the wirefames are checked and approved by the board, I have a handover with a UI designer. Together with the UI designer we translate my wireframes to fully designed flows that are later transferred to the developers.
